- I'm having problems with the computer / printer
in my office. What can I do?
You'll need to fill out a technical request support form which
you can pick up at any of the Writing Program offices, or here
in either Word of PDF
format. Before filling out a form, you may want to look through the EnglishTech website for solutions to your problem. You can also fill out a help form online.

- I'm having problems in the computer classrooms.
What can I do?
If you experience problems with computer equipment, please complete
a technical support request form. You can pick up at any of the
Writing Program offices, or here in either Word
of PDF format. Russell Clarke,
the Writing Program's Information Technology Services Manager, will,
with the help of his staff, resolve the problem as soon as possible.
In the event of critical technical problems in the computer
classrooms, please forego the technical support request form and
call technical support directly as x2-1148. After calling, please
also complete a form so that the incident can be properly tracked.
