  4. I found an error on a page. Who should I contact ?
If you find a problem in the content of the page, contact the person responsible for that content by using the link at the bottom of the page. If it's a technical problem or error, contact Russell Clarke.

While the Writing Program strives to keep its site error-free, it's also true that we have multiple large sites and we cannot always catch every error on our own. We appreciate your help, as well as your patience, in this matter.

  5. I found a broken link on a page. Who should I contact?
Contact the content manager for that page by looking for the contact link at the bottom of the page.

In your email, it would be best to copy and paste the URL with the broken link. While the Writing Program strives to keep its site current, it's also true that we have multiple large sites and we cannot always catch every broken link. We appreciate your help, as well as your patience, in this matter.

  6. The site doesn't seem to be displaying properly. What should I do?
We strive to make all of our sites viewable across a range of platforms and browsers and screen resolutions. However, that's not always possible. If the page you want does not seem to display properly, try hitting the Refresh/Reload button (located between "Stop" and "Home). If that does not resolve the problem, you can contact Russell Clarke . Please include information on the operating system you were using (Windows 98, Mac OS, Windows XP) as well as the browser and version you were using (you can find this information by clicking on Help >> About at the top of the browser).

  7. I can't access the site. What should I do?
Because it serves all of Rutgers, RCI (the host for the Writing Program site) often deals with large volumes of traffic. Consequently, RCI can often become very slow or can crash altogether. If you are experiencing problems loading the site, please try again later.
