Filters:
Photoshop has a wide variety of filters you can apply to your images.
They include obvious ones such as blurring and sharpening, but also
very advanced ones such as ripples, distortions, and rendering clouds.
You can browse through the available filters by selecting the Filters
menu.

Play around with the available filters, and remember that you can
undo your actions at any time with the History window.
