Adding Text:
Click the "Text" tool on the tool bar and click in your
image where you'd like to add text.

The text will appear on top of the image, and it will be on its
own new layer. You can change the font, style, size, anti-aliasing,
and color of your text on the menu directly below the main Photoshop
menu.
